Biography

Dr. İbrahim Güneş, born in 1987 in Karabük, completed his primary education at Karabük Çelik-İş Elementary School and his secondary education at Bolu Gerede High School with top honors. He then graduated with distinction from the Department of Physics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University 2009.

In 2012, Güneş completed his master's degree in the Department of Physics at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. In the same year, he also received Pedagogical Formation Education at the Faculty of Education of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. In 2022, he completed his doctoral studies in the Department of Physics, once again at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He began his academic career as a Lecturer at the Electrical and Energy Department of Biga Vocational School, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, in February 2017. After completing his doctoral studies, he has been continuing his position as a Lecturer Dr. since December 2022.

Between 2012 and 2016, he worked as an educator and administrator at various levels of education in districts including Ezine, Bayramiç, and Ayvacık, alongside Çanakkale. He also contributed to the preparation of Physics and Science Education Teachers for Physics Field Education Exams in cities such as Ankara, Eskişehir, Bursa, Balıkesir, and Çanakkale.

Dr. İbrahim Güneş has authored more than 30 articles and papers at national and international levels. He has been a coordinator and researcher in over 20 research projects of various scales.

Furthermore, Dr. Güneş is actively engaged in research and product development at CAVES-tek Research and Development, and Engineering Machinery Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., operating under Çanakkale TEKNOPARK. His work includes machine manufacturing such as Electrospinning/Spray Coating, as well as research and design of Advanced Material Technologies/Nanofibers/Nanomaterials/Thin Film Coating Systems. He continues to contribute to these endeavors.
