Abstract

Globalization leads to a change in virtually everything related to politics, culture and economy. As globalization changed the world, the structure of the globalization concept itself evolved too. Globalization of demographic and socio-economic factors and increasing level of consciousness of consumers led to a structural change in the economy towards industry based old economy to a new economy. The new economy is a knowledge based economy in which e-commerce is a dynamic factor.
