In this study, homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi
IV universe for a massive scalar field is investigated in framework f(R,T)
gravity theory, which is one of the modified theories suggested as an
alternative to Einstein's General Relativity (GR) theory. Here R and T
respectively are Ricci scalar and the trace of the energy momentum tensor.
While obtaining the solutions of the universe model, the condition f(R,T)=
R+2f(T) of the f(R,T) gravity theory was accepted. With this
assumption, the model created did not give a physically valid and consistent
solution. It can be said that this is due to the structure of the Bianchi IV
universe model. This study was conducted by Mishra et al. (2016) is also in
agreement with the study.
