Hz. Peygamber’e özel hükümler, ayrıcalıklar ve
üstünlükleri konu edinen hasâis, sünnetin bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Hz.
Peygamber’e has bu türden hükümlerin ve üstün özelliklerinin bilinmesi, onu
(s.a.v.) doğru tanımak için gereklilik arz etmektedir. Diğer taraftan bu
hususiyetlerin göz ardı edilmesi peygamber tasavvurunun ve sünnetin dolayısıyla
dinin yanlış anlaşılmasına sebep olacak niteliktedir. Bu önemine binaen hasâis
muhtevasının doğru yöntemlerle tespiti zaruridir. Her bir hasâisin, Kur’ân ve
Sünnet çerçevesinde tespiti ve bağlayıcılık açısından değerinin doğru bir
şekilde belirlenmesi gereklilik arz etmektedir. Zira Müslümanlar için asıl olan
aksi yönde delil bulunmadığı müddetçe sünnetin örnekliği ve bağlayıcılığıdır.
Khasais, which deals
with the special provisions, privileges and superiorities of the Prophet, constitutes
a part of the sunnah. Knowing the khasais is necessary to know the prophet
correctly. On the other hand, ignoring this issue will lead to a
misunderstanding of the conception of the prophet and the sunnah, and therefore
of religion. Due to this importance, it is essential to determine the content
of khasais with the right methods. For, the main thing for Muslims is that the
sunnah is exemplary and binding, unless there is evidence to the contrary.
