Özet

İmplantların uzun dönem bas¸arısını olumsuz yönde etkileyen faktörler:

  • Yetersiz oral hijyen,
  • İmplantların dental ark üzerinde yanlış konumlandırılmaları,
  • İmplant cerrahisi sonrasında implant çevresinde olus¸an skar dokusu ve/veya yüksek kas atas¸man varlıgˆı,

Dental implantlar etrafında yumuşak doku greftlemede tercih edilebilecek yöntemler;

-Serbest dişeti grefti,

-Subepitelyal bağ dokusu grefti,

-Apikale pozisyone flep

-Dermal matriks türevleri,

-Trombositten Zengin Fibrinler sayılabilir.

İmplant çevresindeki yumuşak dokulara yapılan cerrahi prosedürler, diş çevresinde kullanılan yöntemlere benzerdirler.

Factors that adversely affect the long-term success of implants:

Inadequate oral hygiene,
Improper positioning of the implants on the dental arch,
Scar tissue and / or high muscle attachment around the implant after implant surgery,
The presence of implant-supported prostheses that are not suitable are factors that adversely affect the long-term success of the implants.
 Soft tissue grafting techniques are used in order to reduce inflammation formation and provide a natural tooth-like aesthetic by facilitating the removal of the plaque around the dental implants in case the width of adherent keratinized mucosa is insufficient. The presence of sufficient adherent keratinized mucosa is important for the maintenance of the region by the patient and the absence of a pathological condition in its prognosis.

Methods that can be preferred in soft tissue grafting around dental implants;

Free gingival graft,

-Subepithelial connective tissue graft,

-Apikale flap to position

-Dermal matrix derivatives,

- Rich Fibrins from Platelets can be counted.

Surgical procedures on soft tissues around the implant are similar to the methods used around the tooth.
