Özet

This study aims to analyse the usage of inverted sentences which we have been witnessing in daily life, language and literature as well as show public perception about the inverted sentences. In the research, eight proses by eight different Turkish writers have been analysed according six factors. The observed data showed that inverted sentences more likely to be used by so-called left-wing writers who wrote about social subjects.
