Çanakkale is the focal point of visitors from all over the world due to its geographical location and having
hellespont that rare. City is very rich in economic, historical and cultural aspects. Rural areas that have unique
landscapes in nature have importance in the development of the city.
In this study, it was selected as the research area of the rural area close to the center and direction of city
from Istanbul and Bursa. The aim of the study is to examine the cultural landscape values of these rural areas and to
establish a route for tourism and recreation. For this purpose, information forms were prepared and cultural values
were determined by field research and oral interviews with local people. With this method, information related
to the study area can be seen and evaluated comparatively. In the study, an enjoyable recreation route has been
established in the rural area, which is considered as a result, for both urban and tourists. This study is intended to
be applied to other rural areas in the region and to be used as data in regional planning.

Çanakkale kenti coğrafi konumu ve dünyada az bulunan boğaza sahip olması nedeni ile tüm dünyadan
ziyaretçilerin odak noktasıdır. Kent, tarihi ve kültürel açıdan çok zengindir. Doğal açıdan eşsiz peyzajlara sahip
olan kırsal alanlar kentin gelişiminde önem taşımaktadır.
Bu çalışmada kentin İstanbul ve Bursa girişi yönünde kalan ve merkeze yakın kırsal bölge araştırma
alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı bu kırsal bölgelerin kültürel peyzaj değerlerinin irdelenerek, turizm ve
rekreasyon açısından bir rota oluşturmaktır. Bu amaçla bilgi formları hazırlanmış ve alan araştırması ile ve yerel
halk ile yapılan sözlü görüşmeler ile kültürel değerler belirlenmiştir. Bu yöntem ile çalışma alanına ait bilgiler
karşılaştırmalı olarak görülebilmekte ve değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmada sonuç olarak ele alınan kırsal bölgede
hem kentli hem de turistler açısından zevkli bir turizm-rekreasyon rotası oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın bölgedeki
diğer kırsal alanlara uygulanması ve bölgesel planlamada veri olarak kullanılabilmesi hedeflenmektedir.
