Venous hypertension frequently encountered in arteriovenous (AV) fistulas established for hemodialysis access in chronic renal failure may sometimes threaten the extremities. A 42-year-old male patient with AV fistula that developed severe venous stasis due to an improper surgical intervention is presented in this study.
