Hanefî mezhebi naslardan hüküm çıkarmak için özgün bir metot geliştirmiştir. Bu me- todu hadis
ilmine de tatbik eden Hanefîler haberleri hem sened hem de metin yönün- den incelemişlerdir. Bu
bağlamda haber, haberin nakil şartları, nakledenlerin ve nakle- dilen haberlerin vasıfları ile
ilgili birçok görüş de ileri sürmüşlerdir.
Hadis usulünün birçok konusunda mezheplerine ait görüşleri aktaran Hanefîlerin özel- likle şâz,
tedlhîs ve cehalet konularındaki düşünceleri önemlidir. Bu konularda muhad- dislerden ayrılan
Hanefîler, hadis ilmine katkı sayılacak birçok görüşü de dile getirmiş-
lerdir.
Hanafî sect has developed a unique method to make judgments from the Islamic scriptures. Hanafîs,
who applied this method to the ilm of hadith, examined the nar- rations in terms of both sanad and
the text. In this context, they have also put forward many opinions about the narrations, the
conditions of narration transmission, the cha- racteristics of the narrators and the narrations
conveyed.
Hanafîs who narrate the views belong to the many topics of Hadith method have particularly
important thoughts on shad, tedlîs and ignorance. Hanafîs, who differed from the muhaddiths on
these issues, also expressed many views that can be consi- dered as a contribution to the ilm of
hadith.
