While climate change has been debated in the literature, its various impacts on agricultural production is clearly observed and experimented. Vegetable production, in particular, is also affected by changes in climate patterns. While these impacts may vary according to region and country, it is likely that countries in arid and semi-arid regions are more vulnerable to changes in monthly temperatures and precipitation patterns..Turkey is also among these countries and cool-season vegetables, in particular, are planted in the summer months, in which increase in temperatures and decrease in precipitation patterns can be clearly observed in recent years. If these climate changes continue in a similar pattern in the future, preventive measures need to be taken. Agricultural management practices and farmers should be adapted accordingly.
