How we define ourselves and each other, we give an answer to the question of identity as reflected in the education community to understand the vision we are living is an important key. This is undoubtedly one of the key areas of manufacture that is education. The basis of educational institutions and student teachers are the agents as it is known. In this paper two subjects from each other what they expected on the basis of the type of responsibility towards one another and trying to determine how they will behave. Both the agents themselves subject poziyonunu occupied and others on the basis of the responsibility to find the answer to how to define what education is how to create an identity, albeit less about the ideas will help us to have. This is the path to be followed by five university students and faculty members face to face interviews will be done.
