Mature cystic teratoma originating from right ovary: Typical radiological findings

Mature cystic teratomas are benign tumours composed of ectodermal mesodermal, and endodermal elements. They occupy %IO-25 of all ovarian neoplasms. Mostly they occur in young and reproductive women between the age of 20-40. In symptomathic patients, pelvic pressure, abdominal pain and abdominal mass can be seen. Here we report a case of a mature cystic teratoma originating from right ovary and its typical radiological findings and discussed in the view of the literature.Mature cystic teratomas are benign tumours composed of ectodermal mesodermal, and endodermal elements.
