Özet

The purpose of the study is based on the principles of quantum computing and definitions of components of eklectronic document management systems as quantum XML in the line quantum computing. As the electronic signature, each element constituting the building blocks of the document is tried to be re-designed with the principles of quantum mechanics. In this study, the adaptation of XML (eXtensible Markup Language) technologies to Quantum Computing Technologies is investigated. Redesign of the metadata standards of electronic document management systems [1] according to the quantum computer structure has been proposed. In addition, the portability and usability of the document has been shown between classical computers and Quantum Computers.
