ISO 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sisteminin İncelenmesi

Özet

Sanayi devriminden itibaren iş yaşamına makinelerin girmesi üretim sistemlerini olumlu yönde etkilemiştir. Bununla birlikte sanayi devrimi ile ortaya çıkan makineleşme iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini tehdit eden unsurların da artmasına zemin hazırlamıştır.  İşçi sağlığının korunması ve iş güvenliği sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi düşüncesinin de sanayi devrimine kadar uzandığı görülmektedir. Günümüzde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin temel amacı işyerlerinde meydana gelebilecek maddi ve manevi hasarları engellemek, ortaya çıkabilecek maliyetleri azaltmak, işyeri verimliliğini arttırmak ve tehlikeleri azaltmak şeklinde sıralanmaktadır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda idari yönetimler başta olmak üzere işyeri sahiplerine ve çalışanlara önemli görevler düşmektedir. Bu durum tarihsel süreçte iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının daha verimli ve sağlıklı bir şekilde işlemesi için iş sağlığı ev güvenliği standartlarının geliştirilmesine zemin hazırlamıştır. Söz konusu standartlardan birisi de 2018 yılında geliştirilen ISO 45001 iş güvenliği standardı olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmada ISO 45001 iş güvenliği standardının genel yapısının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

The introduction of machines into business life since the industrial revolution has positively affected production

systems. Therewithal, the mechanization that emerged with the industrial revolution has paved the way for the

increase of the factors that threaten occupational health and safety. It is seen that the idea of protecting worker

health and developing occupational safety systems dates back to the industrial revolution. Nowadays, the main

purpose of occupational health and safety is to prevent material and moral damages that may occur in

workplaces, to reduce the costs that may arise, to increase workplace productivity and to reduce hazards. In the

matter of occupational health and safety, important duties fall on business owners and employees, especially

administrative management. This situation has paved the way for the development of occupational health and

home safety standards in order for occupational health and safety practices to function more efficiently and

healthily in the historical process. One of these aforementioned standards is the ISO 45001 occupational safety

standard, which was developed in 2018. In this study conducted, it is aimed to analyze the general structure of

the ISO 45001 occupational safety standard.
