Abstract: With the help of technologic developments and new methods, the acceleration on the communication and informatics sectors has effected the way of reading. As a result, electronic books have been seen as a revolution on book industry. Nowadays, computers have an important role on the children illustrated books. For this reason, children illustrated books have been created digitally, the number of exciting and modernist works is increasing in day by day and the developments on the interactive multiple media has presented novelties that are going to change the way of children’s reading. Among these novelties, electronic children books are one of the most striking developments. Giving importance to design components that are being suitable to web standards, being utilizable on the electronic book devices, speed, content, accessibility, illustration, sound and animation has affected the power of teaching and learning.
