In this study, Taguchi based Gray Relational Analysis-GRA and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution-TOPSIS were used in the optimization of the effects of machining parameters on thrust force and torque in the drilling of Al-10%B4C-5%Gr reinforced mixed composites. Cutting speed (18, 25 ve 35 m/min), feed rate (0.08, 0.112 ve 0.16 mm/rev) and drill bit angles (118°, 130° ve 140°) were selected as machining parameters. The experiments were carried out under dry cutting conditions with uncoated carbide drills. Microstructure analyses of the mixed composite were carried out using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). As a result of multi-parametric optimization with GIA and TOPSIS, the minimum values of thrust force and torque results were achieved at a cutting speed of 35 m/min, a feed rate of 0.08 mm/rev, and a tool with a bit angle of 118°.
