Özet

In agriculture, where remote sensing is used effectively, it is of great importance to determine and classify changes in vegetation and to make yield estimations. Various paid programs, different mathematical transformations and statistical approaches are used to make satellite images meaningful in remote sensing. The fact that the images to be processed in the programs are paid also requires an additional cost. At the same time, it takes time and effort to process these data. In this study, it is aimed to determine the rice plots and areas by using AugeLab Studio program, which is a new approach in artificial intelligence supported image processing technique. This software, which is developed in Türkiye, can be accessed free of charge. By using an aerial image covering an area of 2.5 km2 obtained from Google Earth, the classification of rice plots and the determination of these areas were provided. Rice plots from the area with different plants were separated from the others by AugeLab Studio image processing blocks. The areas of the other rice plots were determined by the coefficient created by taking the pixel values of some of the plots whose real area is known as reference. As a result of the study, parcel areas were found to be 801 da and 798 da, respectively, in Google Earth and AugeLab Studio programs. Using Augelab Studio, it was seen that the areas of rice plots were determined with high accuracy.
