Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate Sunset Yellow (E I 10) and Brilliant Black (E 15 1) food-coloring substances which are putative to genotoxic activity, and commonly used in food industry with Tradescantia pallida micronucleus (Trad-MCN) test and Tradescantia pallida stamen-hair mutation (Trad-SHM) test.
