Abstract

The diagnosis of hydatidosis is based primarily on radiological and serological methods. However, the diagnostic sensitivity and specifity of the serological tests vary according to the nature and quality of the antigen and the sensitivity of the selected technology. In this paper, we reviewed related techniques used in the serodiagnosis.

Hidatidoz tanısı esas olarak serolojik ve radyolojik metotlara dayanmaktadır. Bununla beraber serolojik testlerin tanısal duyarlılığı ve özgüllüğü antijenin kalitesine, doğasına ve seçilen teknolojinin hassasiyetine göre değişmektedir. Biz bu yazımızda serolojik tanıda kullanılan teknikleri derledik.
