The most common problems of fruit science are sunburns, causing more severe damage of late spring frost, increase of damages due to harsh winter colds on subtropic fruit species increase the effects of disease and pests. Furthermore many fruit species have been yield and quality loses on blooming and harvest period because of excessive rainfall. Moreover consist of quality problems and loses in fresh fruits and industrial products such as vine and olive oil. To decrease the negative impacts of global climate changes on fruit growing there needs to be the use of local genetic sources which have higher adaptation skills and breeding of new species and rootstocks; to lessen the use of chemicals and to keep it under control, good agriculture practices and organic agriculture should be used widespread, also there is a need for achievement of practices towards protection of biological balance.
