Biography
I completed my undergraduate studies in the Biology department, University of İstanbul. I earned my master's and doctorate degrees at the University of Delaware in the United States of America. I have been studying how the brain controls the reproductive system and how it regulates body weight. I started as Assist Prof at Abant İzzet Baysal University in 1997 and I became a full professor in 2008. Since 2009, I have been employed in the Biology Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. I do study molecular and physiological control mechanisms between brain and obesity.
