Asst. Prof. MUSTAFA AYDIN BAŞAR

Biography

Basar, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department Educational Science, in 1989. He completed his master’s degree in Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics Hacettepe University in 1993. After completing his PhD studies, he graduated from Ankara University, Educational Sciences Institute, Department of Educational Administration and Supervision in 2003. He has experience of over 20 years in research and teaching practice. He worked as a lecturer in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Faculty of Education from 1994 until 2007. He is still working as an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Supervision. At the undergraduate level, he teaches courses "Introduction to Educational Science", "Literature Review and Report Writing", "Classroom Management" ve "Turkish Education System and School Management". At the graduate level, he teaches "Educational supervision and problems", "Research techniques", "Inservice training and management", "Organizational psychology" and "Coaching and counseling services in education". Basar has a book, entitled “Literature Review and Report Writing in Educational Sciences", and he is the author of chapters in four different books (Classroom Management, Introduction to Educational Science & Effective Communication). He has several proceedings presented and published in scientific meetings and articles published in scientific journals in his study topics; "project-based school", "science camps for children" "education supervision", "education and student coaching", " school counseling", "entrepreneurship", "in-service training", "leadership", "empathic communication in class" & "school security"
