Prof. İLKNUR MAYA

Biography

İlknur Maya graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Classroom Teaching in 1996.  She completed her master’s degree in Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration and Supervision in 1999. In 2008, she graduated from Hacettepe University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics and she assumed the title of “Ph.D.”. She started to work as “Assistant Professor” in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2009. The author, Assoc. Prof. Dr., still works in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Department of Educational Sciences. The author has a national book, entitled “Risk Management in Educational Institutions” and "Education Policies in Developing Countries" and she is the author of chapters in international seven ve different books.  She has scientific studies about “risk management”, “crisis management”, “chaos and complexity management”, “change management”, “stress management”, “gender inequalities”, “social justice”, “women leadership”, "self-leadership", "cultural leadership", “values”, "entrepreneurship", "professional ethics",“out of school children”, international assessment and educational indicators” and “comparative education”.
