Biography

Prof. Dr. Hasan Arslan is a senior faculty member at the Faculty of Education, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (COMU), Türkiye. He received his PhD from The American University (USA) and has since established a distinguished academic career in educational administration, higher education policy, and international education.

His research expertise focuses on educational leadership, inclusive education for disadvantaged groups, and the digital transformation of learning environments. Prof. Dr. Arslan is actively involved in international research collaborations, specifically focusing on enhancing cognitive skills through innovative digital tools. His recent work addresses the development of neurodiverse learners and the implementation of digital-based cognitive strategies, such as "Number Sense" in early childhood and special education. With an extensive portfolio of international publications and project leadership, he continues to contribute to the advancement of pedagogical frameworks in the digital age.
